Click here for an article “A walk a day keeps the doctor at bay” from the University of Essex. Research at the university found that a little as five minutes a day of “green exercise” produces the largest positive effect.

This “ordinary” way of approaching exercise, as opposed to the growing number of “extreme” ways, is right up a dull man’s alley.
